Percumusic runs corporate team-building sessions using body percussion, with its own recording studio and an event sound service, in Barcelona. We redesigned their website in WordPress with a custom template, mobile-friendly navigation, and a contact form as the central conversion point. The website is still live in production.
The challenge: an outdated website for a high-energy business
Percumusic sells a physical, collective experience: percussion sessions where a whole team plays together. The previous website was outdated and didn't make it easy for a company interested in booking a session to know what to ask for or how.
The challenge wasn't just visual: the contact form had to become the natural destination of the journey, for any visitor arriving in search of a body-percussion team-building session or a sound service.
What we did
- Custom design in WordPress. A bespoke template, not a generic one, with a more dynamic look that gives the brand more energy.
- UX and responsive design. Structure and navigation built to work just as well on mobile as on desktop, where a good share of "team building Barcelona" search traffic arrives.
- Structural SEO. Content hierarchy and metadata organised to improve search visibility for the business's three services: team building sessions, event sound, and the recording studio.
- Contact form as the conversion hub. Present and accessible at every point where the visitor already has enough information to ask for a quote.
Results
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Outdated design | Custom template matching the brand's energy |
| Poorly adapted to mobile | Responsive navigation across all devices |
| All three services blurred into one site | Team building, sound and studio, clearly separated |
About the client
Percumusic is a venture created by Lluís Molas, active since 2000, built around percussion as a tool for team cohesion. It offers corporate body-percussion team building, rhythm circles, an event sound service, and has its own recording studio.

Frequently asked questions about this case
Why a custom template instead of a generic one?
Because a generic template doesn't convey what makes a business different. Percumusic sells a physical, collective experience; the design had to express that energy, with a current look instead of an outdated layout.
How do you organise a website with several different services (team building, sound, recording)?
By giving each service its own space within the site, with its own message and its own call to action, instead of blending them into one generic page that doesn't answer any specific search well.
Do you work with events and team-building businesses?
Yes. Percumusic is one of the cases where the website design has to carry a very experiential proposition — the site isn't selling a product, it's selling a feeling, and that's the design and content challenge.
